Celebrating the LIFE and health we have been given through fitness training to help you maintain your vessels so you can enjoy greater longevity and quality of life! I recruit my creative background into all I do, including the physical fitness realm, bringing "exer-tainment" into my Group Exercise and Personal Fitness Training programs for all ages and abilities through some of the following options:

Dancing is the original aerobics workout! One hour of dancing provides you 4,000 – 5,000 steps and burns up to 500 calories. And it’s FUN! Dance & Tone is a group fitness adventure, exploring many different musical genres, through cultures and generations with a variety of cardio aerobic exercise combined with overall shaping and toning appropriate for all levels of individuals looking to engage in a low/medium impact training program, increase overall physical fitness, lose weight, gain strength, positive mental focus and balance and make friends while getting fit!

Tone

Work up a sweat while staying cool in the water with Splash & Tone! Aqua fitness is the fastest growing mode of exercise, internationally because it offers many physical and mental health benefits. – You can increase cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength without the same level of joint stress and muscle pain experienced with higher-impact land aerobics. Each group fitness training session includes warm-up, cardio training, strength training stretching and cool down. Come splash with me!

Strike
&
Tone

Channel your inner rock star with this full-body workout! Strike & Tone is a dynamic group fitness training program incorporating the fun of drumming and high-energy music to provide a solid core, arms and legs workout which will leave you energized! We use drum sticks, the air and the floor to strike out the stress and to rock our way into fit and toned bodies through a solid workout which includes warm-ups, cardio, strength training and stretching.

&
Tone

Strength & Tone group fitness training sessions focus on increasing muscular capacity, endurance and efficiency, allowing you to enjoy incredible benefits: protecting bone health and muscle mass; weight loss; better body mechanics of balance, coordination and posture; chronic disease management; boosted energy levels and mood enhancers; more efficient caloric burn; cardiovascular improvement; improved immunity for greater survival and day-to-day functionality! This program allows us to creatively use a variety of fun fitness “toys” such as weights, balls, resistance bands, as well as other creative tools, including your own body weight to get fit and strong.

Offering personal, private training for individuals, couples or super-small groups of your own design, on land or in the water, at my home fitness studio or pool or at yours, in person on online! You can either pay per play, or sign up for a full training program. With the latter, you receive small exercise equipment to keep, with training on how to use it.  If you need an accountability partner, and prefer to have a friend or two to join you in your personal fitness journey, discounts are available for groups of two or more.

Bringing fun and fitness to your company and community through exercise, I offer any of my available trainings, or can create a custom-designed training program based on your organization's wants or needs for a one-time event or on an ongoing basis. I also come with a good network of other health, wellness and fitness professionals and trainers, should you want to expand your options beyond what I offer.
